🏆 Magnolia Farms Residential Subdivision Named Project of the Year!
Congratulations to Ryan Harvey, PE, and the Magnolia Farms team on earning the American Society of Civil Engineers South Carolina Section Project of the Year award. In partnership with D.R. Horton and the City of Florence, ROWE is supporting this 13-phase, nearly 900-lot development, providing infrastructure for new homes and future residents in Florence, South Carolina.
Our work included stormwater, sanitary sewer and force main design, domestic water system design, road and site grading, earthwork balancing, landscaping, permitting, construction oversight, and record drawings. The project also required annexation into the City of Florence, coordination across Florence and Darlington Counties, Hoffmeyer Road widening with two new left-turn improvements, and complex sewer force main routing through SCDOT right-of-way alongside existing utilities.
This project could continue for another 10–15 years as development progresses, and ROWE is also providing construction services for the project.
