Accurate Technology (ATI) manufactures ProScale® digital measuring systems for use in industries from Aerospace to Woodworking. We have many product solutions (and machine retrofits) to help make parts the correct size the first time. Founded in 1989 in Kirkland, Washington, our main office is now in Fletcher, North Carolina. In addition to hundreds of stock products, we specialize in making custo

mized OEM solutions for several industries (woodworking, automotive, and medical are most common). More about our product lines:
General Purpose Linear Measurement: Several different models of ProScale systems are capable of measuring up to 20 ft. These systems are available with Absolute or Incremental technology and in a variety of lengths. LCD and LED Digital Readouts - with various data and signal outputs and power options - are available. Custom systems are available for OEM applications. Quality Control Products: This product group includes turn-key measuring systems like ProTable™ designed for Dimensional Quality Control measurements. These products (which are based on our own ProScale technology) are available as hand-held portable devices as well as free-standing and benchtop systems to measure one to six axes up to 20 ft. Accurate Technology routinely designs and manufactures custom, application specific, quality control measuring systems for our customers using 3D modeling and collaboration tools. Data Acquisition & Accessories: Accurate Technology manufactures many of its own data acquisition devices to work with our own ProScale brand products. These accessories include wired and wireless solutions to acquire and/or convert measurement data or position information. Woodworking Products: We offer measuring solutions designed especially for the furniture, cabinet, door and window, and millwork industries. These include the popular ProStop™ digital fence systems, ProKits™ machinery retrofits, ProStand for tooling inspection, plus several others, to improve any size woodworking shop. Consumer Products: Digital retrofit products designed for the hobbyist woodworker. Custom Designs: Accurate Technology will modify a current product or create a custom product to fulfill the needs of your particular measuring application. We "put your ideas on paper" and collaborate with you using 3D drawings to insure what you had in mind is what we build for you.
