🎃 Another Rocheleau Halloween tradition in the books!

Our annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest brought out some incredible creativity from Team Rocheleau this year! From intricate carvings and spooky designs to hilarious creations and artistic masterpieces, our team certainly didn't disappoint.

A little friendly competition, plenty of laughs, and some impressive pumpkin decorating skills made for a fun Halloween celebration!

Thanks to everyone who participated and helped make this year's contest a success. And a huge thank you to The Gardeners' Spot for the amazing pumpkins for this year's event!

Last week, we welcomed Advanced Manufacturing students from Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School to Rocheleau for our annual Manufacturing Month tour! ⚙️

There’s tremendous value in giving students the opportunity to see how the skills and concepts they’re learning in the classroom translate to real-world manufacturing. From machining and moldmaking to machinery assembly and automation, tours like these offer a firsthand look at the technology, teamwork, and problem-solving that go into modern manufacturing.

We were proud to welcome students from the Perkins School to Rocheleau for a firsthand look at the people, technology, and opportunities that make manufacturing such an important part of our communities.

Visits like these are a great reminder of why connecting students with local manufacturers matters. There are so many different career paths within our industry, and helping young people discover those possibilities is an important part of building tomorrow's workforce.

October is Manufacturing Month, and we were pleased to welcome Associated Industries of Massachusetts (AIM) to Rocheleau for a tour of our facilities and a great conversation about the challenges and opportunities facing Massachusetts manufacturers! ✨

We discussed everything from healthcare costs and tariffs to our experience with the Massachusetts Manufacturing Accelerate Program (MMAP) and the importance of connecting manufacturers with resources to support growth and innovation.

A great start to the SPE Annual Blow Molding Conference! ⚙️

Yesterday, Nicholas Rocheleau presented “Reciprocating Screw EBM Technology” as part of the conference’s Plastics 101 and The Business of Blow Molding track.

Nick’s session explored the fundamentals of reciprocating screw extrusion blow molding technology, joining an afternoon of educational sessions covering machinery, processes, materials, and emerging technologies from across the blow molding industry.

We always appreciate the opportunity to share some of the knowledge our team has built over nearly nine decades in blow molding, and to connect with customers, colleagues, and friends from throughout the industry.

Connecting with the Northeast dairy industry! 🥛

This week, Steven Rocheleau and Robert Babcock traveled to Poughkeepsie, New York, for the 2026 Northeast Dairy Conference.

The conference brought together dairy processors, industry leaders, and experts from across the Northeast for conversations on the challenges and opportunities facing today’s dairy industry, from operations and food safety to regulatory issues and emerging technologies.

As a longtime equipment and bottle supplier to dairy processors throughout the region, opportunities like these help us stay connected to the industry we serve, learn more about the priorities of today’s producers, and strengthen relationships across the dairy community.

🏌️‍♂️💚 Another great day on the course for an even greater cause!

The Rocheleau team was proud to once again participate in the annual ALS Golf Tournament hosted by Will Hackler and Integrated Pension Services, joining friends and fellow supporters for a day dedicated to raising awareness and funds in the fight against ALS.

This tournament continues to hold a special place in our hearts as we honor the memory of our former owner, Rob Hastings, who passed away from ALS in 2022. Rob’s determination, kindness, and leadership left a lasting mark on Rocheleau, and we’re grateful for opportunities like this to come together in his memory while supporting work that brings hope to individuals and families affected by ALS.

Thank you to Will, the Integrated Pension Services team, and everyone involved in putting together another incredible tournament in support of ALS One.

What a week in Houston at the National Plastics Conference! ✨

Rocheleau was proud to take part in a conference that brought the plastics industry together for meaningful conversations, professional development, and opportunities to give back.

🌳 One of the highlights of the week was the annual Future Leaders in Plastics (FLiP) Litter Cleanup. In partnership with Keep Houston Beautiful, 40 volunteers came together at Woodland Park and removed an incredible 400 pounds of waste from the local community. We’re always proud to support this FLiP tradition and see our industry come together to make a tangible impact in our host city.

🎤 Allison Rocheleau also joined the “Recruiting and Developing a Future-Ready Workforce” panel, sharing Rocheleau’s experience investing in our existing workforce through training, new technology, and grant-supported initiatives. For a small manufacturer, preparing for the future isn’t always about adding more people, it’s also about giving the team you already have the tools and skills to grow alongside the business.

From thought-provoking breakout sessions on regulation, engineering, workforce development, and other key industry issues to the conversations that happened between sessions, it was a valuable few days of learning and connection.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s National Plastics Conference a success. We’re heading home with new ideas, new connections, and plenty to build on!

C***r season is here! 🍎🍂

We loved this shoutout from David at Hilltop Orchards, who stopped by Rocheleau to pick up another supply of gallon c***r bottles as they gear up for one of their busiest times of year.

As David put it, this time of year means “farmers’ hours”, and we know that when our local farms are busy pressing c***r, harvesting crops, and getting products out to their customers, having bottles ready when they need them matters.

We’re especially proud of the relationships we’ve built with local farms and orchards like Hilltop over the years. As a fourth-generation family business, there’s something particularly rewarding about helping another family business get ready for a busy season.
