At AMK Services, we provide mission-critical communications solutions for public safety agencies, railroads, utilities, schools, healthcare organizations, and commercial customers across the region.
We're looking for an organized, motivated, and customer-focused Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.
If you enjoy solving problems, working with technology, staying organized, and helping projects come together successfully, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
• Support our sales team with quotations, product information, and order processing
• Coordinate procurement with leading technology manufacturers
• Manage inventory and prepare equipment for customer deployments
• Process inbound and outbound shipments
• Track orders and ensure materials arrive on schedule
• Register equipment and maintain accurate documentation
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and technicians to keep projects moving
Every day is different, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things organized.

Qualifications

Required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

Preferred
• Experience in sales support, procurement, logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or customer service
• Experience in public safety communications, telecommunications, or technology integration
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, inventory management, or procurement software

Big thank you to the team at Shrout Tate Wilson Consulting Engineers for hosting AMK Services for a great lunch-and-learn session in Lexington last week.

We were also glad to have our partners from Comba join us for the discussion on public safety BDAs, cellular BDAs, testing requirements, and real-world project considerations. The group asked excellent questions and made it a very interactive session.

Join AMK Services, a trusted leader in public-safety communications, supporting police, fire, and EMS agencies across the region.

We’re looking for a P25 Installation Technician to help install and program mission-critical radio systems that keep first responders connected when it matters most.

🚓 What You’ll Do

✅ Install and program P25 radios, repeaters, and consoles
✅ Support vehicle and field-based radio installations
✅ Ensure systems meet FCC and safety standards
✅ Travel to customer sites for installs and upgrades
✅ Document work, test results, and configurations

🎯 What We’re Looking For

2+ years experience in radio or electronics installation (P25 preferred)

Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams

Skilled with test tools like watt meters & multimeters

Valid driver’s license & clean background

Willingness to travel up to 75%
