We’re the ones who:

✔️ Make sure office supplies magically appear before you realize you’re out

✔️ Answer calls, emails, and questions coming from every direction
✔️ Keep calendars and schedules organized

✔️ Know where everything is… even when no one else does

Every company has a starting point — and ours began in a home office.

What is now ENCOMPASS Engineers and Architects first took shape as MK Power Solutions, founded by Mike Kiser out of his house with a vision, determination, and a passion for the power industry. Through hard work, long hours, and a commitment to doing things the right way, that small operation continued to grow.

Over time, that growth led to the opportunity to expand beyond electrical engineering by acquiring an architectural firm — bringing together two disciplines under one roof and forming what we proudly know today as ENCOMPASS Engineers & Architects.

We’re proud of where we started, grateful for the journey, and excited for what’s ahead.

What you see here are new poles being installed—but what you don’t see is the engineering that made it all possible. ⚡️

The ENCOMPASS electrical distribution team worked with the City of Clyde to support Whirlpool’s primary metering project by developing the behind-the-scenes engineering needed before pole installation could even begin. Our team ensured the new poles would be seamlessly connected to the existing infrastructure—carefully coordinated for reliability and long-term performance.

Our field team at ENCOMPASS Engineers and Architects has successfully completed testing and commissioning services for a substation project with LCEC in Florida. From detailed system checks to final energization support, our crew ensured every component was installed, tested, and operating safely and reliably.

Projects like this highlight the critical role of testing and commissioning in regards to delivering dependable electrical infrastructure. We use thorough verification, coordination, and on-site expertise to help our clients bring systems online with confidence.

We’re proud to support LCEC and contribute to strengthening the power grid serving their communities.
