⬇️Exciting news for the future of America's roads & infrastructure!⬇️

The American Concrete Pavement Association has formally expressed support for the BUILD America 250 Act (H.R. 8870), a bipartisan 5-year surface transportation reauthorization bill recently approved by the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.

The bill promises:
✅ Long-term federal investment in highways, bridges & freight corridors.
✅ Streamlined project delivery.
✅ A more solvent Highway Trust Fund.
✅ Continued funding for pavement technology innovation through the AID-PT program.

America's infrastructure isn't just concrete and steel—it's the backbone of our economy. Every road repaired, every bridge reinforced & every runway improved creates jobs, moves goods & keeps communities connected.

For those of us in the and industry, a strong legislative foundation means a stronger market for everyone—contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, as well as the communities we serve. When investment grows, we all grow with it.

The BUILD America 250 Act still has to undergo a full Congressional vote. Now is the time to pay attention, engage your representatives, and support the associations fighting for this industry's future. The American public deserves infrastructure built to last. We are looking for an Industrial Specialist to join our team. In this remote, full-time position, you will:

➡️ Develop and expand your assigned marketing territory and customer base. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, generating demand, and supporting customers throughout the sales lifecycle.
➡️ Cover territories west of the Rocky Mountains, with approximately 25-30% travel. Candidates located west of the Rockies are preferred to support territory coverage, responsiveness, and customer engagement.
➡️ Serve a dual function, acting as both the customer’s representative when coordinating with the principal’s manufacturing operations, and as the principal’s representative when working directly with customers. The position requires strong technical knowledge of commercial and industrial flooring, the ability to build trusted relationships, and a focus on working with financially qualified customers while responding promptly to sales and field service needs.
