Job Description
Meier Screw Products is considering positions at all levels of our organization. Our equipment consists of screw machines, multi-axis swiss and traditional CNC machines, and CNC VMCs.

GENERAL LABOR – FERNDALE, MI
Part/Full Time Wages TBD based on experience

SKILLED MACHINIST – FERNDALE, MI
Full Time Wages TBD based on experience

In collaboration with management, employees work as part of the shop team.
• No previous experience required for general labor
• Employees receive on the job training with potential off-site opportunities
• Overtime opportunities

Pre-employment requirements include:
• Employment application
• Drug screen testing
• Pre-employment physical

Skilled Machinist (Full Time - starting wage is negotiable)

- Traditional or Swiss CNC Setup Experience Required
- Understand/Read/Edit G-Code/M-Code
- Independent machine operation (inserts/offsets/etc)
- Clear Communication - Verbal/Written
- Basic Math Proficiency (Algebra)
- Basic Computer Skills (MS Windows)

We had a great time hosting our friends at Woolf Aircraft Products, celebrating the relationships that make the wheels of industry turn. Business is more than just the transfer of goods/services for income, it's the process of creating quality relationships that can then better the lives of those that seek the benefit of such goods/services that are offered. When you find synergy between companies in this way, recognizing that your efforts are larger than the sum of the "parts", you cannot fail. We took some time to reflect and dream together about our past, present, and futures together. Thanks Guys!!
