🇺🇸 September 11, 2001 — We Remember.

25 years later, we still remember the morning that changed our country forever.

4 planes.
2,977 innocent lives lost.
19 terrorists.
90 nations represented among the victims.

8:46 AM — American Airlines Flight 11 struck the North Tower.
9:03 AM — United Airlines Flight 175 struck the South Tower.
9:37 AM — American Airlines Flight 77 struck the Pentagon.
9:59 AM — The South Tower fell.
10:03 AM — United Airlines Flight 93 crashed in Pennsylvania after its passengers fought back.
10:28 AM — The North Tower fell. (911 Memorial⁠)

Behind every number was a person — a mother, father, son, daughter, husband, wife, friend, coworker, firefighter, police officer, paramedic, or complete stranger who never made it home.

And alongside the unimaginable loss, we remember the courage of the first responders, the passengers of Flight 93, the volunteers, and ordinary Americans who came together to help one another.

We remember the lives.
We honor the heroes.
We will never forget. 🇺🇸
