We had a great visit this morning at our Jerseyville office with the Jersey County CEO students!

They heard from CFO Mary Blotna, Ronnie Paul, PE, and Surveying Department Manager Brandon Egelhoff, PLS, who shared an inside look at what we do each day. From engineering and surveying to the logistics that keep everything running smoothly, the conversation covered it all.

In short? The students got a behind-the-scenes look at our company, the projects we take on, and the communities we serve — and hopefully a little inspiration along the way.

Lindsey Bowlin, P.E. has been promoted to President of the firm!

Since joining Heneghan in 2017 as a Project Engineer, Lindsey has exemplified strong leadership, technical excellence, and a commitment to client success. Over the past eight years, she has progressed from design engineering to project management, became a stockholder in 2019, and was appointed Vice President in 2023, where she oversaw firm-wide operations.

Lindsey’s promotion reflects her deep knowledge of the industry, dedication to our mission, and ability to lead with both vision and integrity. We’re excited for what the future holds with her at the helm.

Great article about a great project!

When we aren't building pickleball courts, we're playing on them. We worked with the Village of Godfrey to bring this fast-growing sport to the Riverbend community. Now, we've got a couple of pickleball pros in our office!
