New equipment day! We’ve added a FormLabs Form 4 3D Printer to the shop. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be making free sample parts for our customers to test strength, heat resistance, etc. FormLabs has resin options with really impressive mechanical and thermal properties. Let me know if you have an application that you’d like to test!

Augie evaluating a Cognex In-Sight 2801. He’s using it to inspect a spare Keyence IV3 at the moment 😂 This In-Sight seems powerful and the ease of use is unexpected (first hands-on experience with Cognex). We were mostly happy with the IV3 used on the last machine, but it’s nice to see what’s out there.
