Sentimental Antique bed repair. Preheat, break out the tig rig and soaked some silicon-bronze filler in this dirty old cast. Added some additional under gusset supports to help (not pictured). 👍🏼

They all can’t be pretty. Customer needed this large bale fork repaired quickly to get hay moved and put down on freshly graded dirt work before the rain came. As you can tell it has seen its better days and many repairs previously. Lots of torching and some 7018, Made do with what was left of the frame and got them fixed up.

Shank repair for the great folks over at Stanley Construction. Gouged out the old shank, prepped up, lots of pre heat, lots of 7018, wrap it for slow cool down 👍🏼

Added a winch mounting plate out of some C8x11.5 on this gooseneck trailer. Also added some 3” flat bar to enclose the existing channel for a clean place for the customer to tuck their wiring for the LED lights. Thanks for the business

Crack repair on a large disk. Gouged out factory weld with the victor torch and scarfing tip. Built back up with 5/32 7018. Scabbed both sides with 2”x7”x1/2” plate for some reassurance when it gets hung up again.
