Today we officially broke ground on the second phase of the Meadows of Fredericktown. This exciting expansion is a huge win for our community and will add 40 brand new affordable housing units to our town.

None of this would be possible without the hard work and dedication of the Madison County Affordable Housing Partnership. We want to say a massive thank you to them for their commitment to making our community a better place for everyone to live.

Growth like this shows that Fredericktown is moving in the right direction. More housing means more neighbors, more support for our local shops, and a stronger local economy. We are so proud to see this investment in our future.

Help us celebrate this milestone for our town.
