Happy New Year. May I suggest to not make a New Year's resolution. Why wait until new years. Instead make a daily resolution. Everyday wake up and make a resolution to make your life or someone else's better. Do this by rewiring your brain. This might not be the easiest choice, this may be a more challenging option. Convince your brain to do it. Say to yourself, 5-4-3-2-1 go do it then go. Don't procrastinate or your brain may talk you out if it. Accept the challenge you will thank yourself for it.
