When 4-year-old Alex lost his construction toy after it disappeared down an elevator shaft, Otis UK Technician Ian came to the rescue. He went the extra mile to retrieve it and make sure it made its way safely back to Alex.

It’s a small moment, but one that shows the impact of going above and beyond. Ian’s care and commitment are a great example of how our service is about more than keeping elevators running. It's about creating positive experiences for the people who rely on us every day.
