Big hole in the bottom of a transfer tank? We can fix that.
This transfer tank had a large failed section in the bottom, so I cut the damaged area back and patched it with 1/4-inch steel strap running all the way through for a solid repair.

This kingpin plate had multiple failing stitch welds while this trailer was still being used to haul serious equipment.
Ground it out, cleaned everything back to solid metal, preheated it, laid in a heavy 6010 pass and followed it with four passes of 7018.
No shortcuts. When the repair is carrying this kind of weight, it gets done right.

Another emergency field repair completed for a local oilfield customer.
This project involved removing failed 1/4" pipe support brackets, completely cutting out cracked structural welds, and fabricating new heavy-duty 1/2" steel support brackets to increase strength and long-term reliability.
Each bracket was precision fit, welded, and reinforced while maintaining the ability to unbolt and service the piping in the future. Final fit-up, structural welding, grinding, and inspection were completed before returning the equipment to service.

Another successful industrial piping project completed.
Strong Fabrication LLC fabricated and installed a custom 4-inch process line assembly, including complete field fabrication, fit-up, welding, and installation of a new tie-in spool. We also fabricated a custom 3-inch pipe spool with welded threaded ni***es for seamless integration into the customer's existing system.
During the project, we lifted and realigned the pump and motor assembly before fabricating and installing custom structural support braces to reduce vibration and improve long-term equipment stability. Every component was field fit, welded, ground, aligned, and installed to ensure a durable, reliable finished product.

Another customer back on the road.
This project involved much more than replacing a front bumper. I removed the damaged bumper assembly, custom fabricated new 3/8-inch steel mounting brackets, fully welded them for maximum strength, transferred all necessary components, and carefully aligned and installed the new chrome bumper for a proper fit and finish.
Downtime costs money, so I made time after hours and worked through the night to get this truck back in service as quickly as possible. My goal is always to keep my customers working with repairs they can depend on.

Emergency after-hours call? That's what we do.
Tonight we were called out to get a Catalyst blender back in service with an emergency mobile field repair. The project included custom fabrication and installation of new Micro Motion flow meter support brackets, fabrication of new mounting plates, relocation of valve identification tags, and repair of severely thinned process piping.
Damaged pipe sections were rebuilt using E8010 and reinforced with 7018 low-hydrogen welds to restore strength and return the equipment to operation.
