Idea/concept TO PROVIDE Covid-19 Patients with EMERGENCY BREATHING HELP if there’s a ventilator shortage.

--Since everyone "important" no longer has their emails posted publicly, I’m throwing this out on social media-- please share

Need help and direction with who to talk to this about. The idea is basically a regulated industrial air supply system with point of use pneumatic or servo electric controls. You could have 10's to 100’s of people on a single system using “off-the-shelf-parts” Please have any necessary people contact me if this seems feasible, Thanks!
