Empowering day! Our Women in Leadership Group (WIL) was inspired by the remarkable Mrs. Lydia de Gutierrez, owner of Detroit brand 313 Tortilla Chips.

Today she shared her captivating leadership journey, emphasizing the significance of perseverance, hard work and connecting with your clients all while managing unexpected challenges life can bring us.

Who says work can't be fun? We celebrated National Bring Your Child to Work Day with our mini-me's and showed them the ropes of our consultant, technician and administrative positions. We even made some cool environmental dioramas, tested water, learned about watersheds, labeled our stormdrains and completed an Environmental I-Spy! Maybe AEG Summer Camps are in order?
