As part of our growth plan for 2020 we are making a few changes to allow for a smoother operation of Custom Design Security.

Marcus Hoover has been elevated to the position of “Field Supervisor” and is responsible for all installation activities in the field. Marcus has been doing a great job and seems to be a great fit with his new responsibilities.

Jesse Gonzalez has become an outstanding technician and is providing our clients with the professional service and dedication they deserve. His abilities in Camera Systems, Audio/Video and Access Control have been greatly appreciated. We plan to expand on Jesse’s talents in the coming year.

Dylan Hoover has come onboard and is on path to becoming a real asset as an installation technician.

Jennifer Hoover is doing a great job in continuing to support our efforts in Finance and Accounting.

Our service department, with Greg and Zack, is continuing to provide outstanding service to not only our clients, but for a number of national companies we provide technical support for.

Keith Bunetta and I are continuing to focus on developing new business, and providing the value-added services that clients expect and deserve.

Effective February 17, 2020 I am proud to announce that Jeff Sly is being promoted to “General Manager” of Custom Design Security. Jeff will retain the responsibilities of Operations Manager, and will assume additional duties and responsibilities for general management of all company administration. These additional duties will include oversite of all Finance, Personnel, Monitoring, Service, Sales and Installation activities.

I will, as owner, continue to work in Administration, Sales and Service. These changes will allow me to better focus on Sales, and our overall growth development for the coming year, as well as to put in place our plan for expansion for the years to come.

In 2020 we will be announcing several “New Product Packages” for alarm systems and camera systems, and I am setting up an affiliation with a national financing company to allow us to offer financing for customer projects.

We will also be recruiting additional sales people to focus on marketing these new product offerings, in addition to our current offering.
