provide education, analysis and refinishing focus on reducing labor & chemical, extend equipment longevity improving profit. Nous & Co. reads them as evidence.

We identify industrial paint systems surface patterns and develop custom client solution. brings assessment, education, and prevention to the conditions behind fading, oxidation, coating decline, chemical overuse, and excessive labor — then advises systems for preservation, process control, and long-term equipment value. Fading, oxidation, coating decline, chemical overuse, and labor times are often overlooked or treated as isolated issues. Each system is designed to fit the team, workflow, and operating environment — whether we are guiding your team, training your staff, or performing the work directly to establish the proper standard.

When science, engineering, and proven systems work together, longevity is the result. In few hours training you can gain back hours of your life today.

We refinished this aircraft five years ago and protected it with our two-year industrial coating. Five years later, it has not required a single reapplication, just a yearly wash and analysis.

This client took the time to understand our system, follow our guidance, and maintain the aircraft using the processes we advised.

At Nous & Co., we believe lasting results come from empowerment not another product.

Fall is here and sudden rain, snow, and sleet can create dangerous conditions without warning.

Your safety is our priority. Our mission goes beyond protecting your equipment and assets. It’s about protecting the people who depend on them.

That’s why we personally test our products and solutions for years before ever bringing them to market. We believe your safety and trust deserve nothing less.

FLASHBACK:
August 2024 this Cessna was going to repaint, luckily client seen our solutions, booked consultation. We assess the surface, performed our rejuvenation, removed oxidation to restore value, time and energy.

TODAY:
Last year and this year client hired us to do maintenance wash verify protection and end of year cleanup. Two years later this aircraft is still looking stunning.

Most aircraft owners don’t need a new paint job, they need a system to remove contamination properly and safely without damaging the existing protection, sadly you won’t find it in any technical manual or common knowledge.

Our solution brings the science, knowledge and savings to your organization so you can maximize your profits and time..

Why are you still scrubbing?

Client-shot. Real equipment. Real contamination.

When the surface is properly managed, cleaning gets easier.

Less labor. Less chemical. Less time

Aircraft • Agriculture • Heavy Equipment

If yours doesn’t clean this easily, ask us why.

Nous & Co. develops the system around the asset — not simply another product to put on it.

Here’s a hard truth:

If you’re still washing with brush and bucket you’re losing valuable time and money.

If you’re still washing with just one chemical, you’re probably causing damage to your equipment without ever knowing.

If you’ve never been shown how to assess the surface, how can you be successful keeping your equipment clean?

09/20/2026

That wash soap isn’t just wash soap.

It’s time.

Time spent washing fighting the wrong chemistry, detailing correcting damage, or repeating a process that was never calibrated in the first place.

That’s time you could be running your business, building something, being with the people you love, or simply enjoying more of your life.

After years of refinishing aircraft and heavy equipment, we grew and realized the goal was never to become the biggest detailing company or simply provide service solution.

The goal is to give people back time, control, and value.

From single-owner operations to Fortune 500 companies, Nous & Co. looks deeper into the process. We evaluate the chemistry, equipment, surfaces, labor, water, application methods, and operating habits to identify where time, money, and equipment value may be getting lost.

Then we help build the system to correct it.

That may mean developing a better process, training your people, helping you select the right products, or restoring and protecting the equipment ourselves.

Because the real product isn’t soap.

It’s what you get back when the process finally works.

THIS IS WHY WE TEACH.

What matters to us is that you understand the importance of the process. All products CAN cause damage and this is where the detail and coating industry thrives. Bringing you back in three months for another service you could eliminate with training.

Our goal is to give you the knowledge to look at your own equipment and make the best choices possible or restore your equipment to like new and every wash becomes a signal.

Equipment changes.

Conditions change.

Employees change.

Our system does not. Use it once and you will use it every time.

Refine every move.

You’re scrolling Facebook when you see advertisement for a product that strips off mud, grease, tar revealing shiny looking surface beneath.

What you don’t see is what’s happening on the surface stripping away protection and value from profits in resale value or the detail work to bring it new again.

At Nous & Co we believe integrity comes first we will teach you the products, the process and the analysis so you’re not just buying another product or service you’re buying systems and knowledge for your future.

08/15/2026

You love shiny equipment.
The challenge is cost operations time do not always align.

Your rinse water may be safe for drinking, however your aircraft surface may tell different story. Hard water leaves deposits decreasing surface clarity, increasing wash labor and paint failure slowly over time.

Our system and training adds longevity to your aircraft with every wash, so you can go further between detailing.

Have your own team?
We will develop your program for you saving you time and effort to reduce unnecessary cost and risky chemical reactions.
