Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm Friday: 7:30am – 11:30am

Responsibilities - Accounting Clerk:
• The Accounting Clerk is responsible for the processing dealer trades, wholesale deals, cutting checks for lien payoffs, cleaning schedules, posting journal entries, and assisting with title work
• Overtime is required during the first week of every month and sometimes during midmonth deadline
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications – Accounting Clerk:
• Accounting experience and attention to detail
• CDK software experience is a plus but not necessary
• Good computer and math skills
• Excellent communication with ability to interact harmoniously with others
• Ability to solve problems in a professional and tactful manner
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance

This position will process the paperwork on all aspects of vehicle purchases and sales of vehicles, communicate with banks on funding and titling issues, customers, auctions, and internal co-workers. Hours:
• Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:00pm - 8:00pm
• Every other Friday 3:00pm - 6:00pm
• Every other Saturday 8:00 am- 6:00pm

Responsibilities:
• Answering a multi-line phone system
• Meeting and greeting customers
• Misc. administrative support duties
• Must be able to provide a high level of customer service over the phone and in-person

Specific Skills Required as an Automotive Receptionist:
• Superior customer service attitude
• Positive energy to greet customers
• Ability to work within a team, maintain focus and attention to detail.

Corwin Automotive Group is building a brand-new 45,000 square foot building for our Corwin CDJR of Springfield dealership that will feature a dedicated Jeep showroom and state-of-the-art sales and service facilities.

Corwin Automotive Group is relocating its operations from two Sunshine Street locations to one dealership on about 15 developed acres on East Kearney Street near U.S. Highway 65.
