We care deeply about strengthening the communities we call home. Hutker Architects is proud to sponsor the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Upper Cape YMCA on December 20th, a major milestone marking the next phase of a five-year, community-driven initiative to bring this vital resource to our region.

This project holds special meaning for our founder, Mark Hutker, who has devoted his time and expertise on both the Facilities and Fundraising Committees. Through his committee work, he’s gained an even deeper appreciation for how essential the Y is to our region. While the gym and pool remain core to its mission of promoting health and wellness, the Upper Cape YMCA is envisioned as a true community hub, bringing together integrated healthcare services, childcare, nutritional support, and a wide range of accessible programs designed to support individuals and families across the Cape.

Join us in cheering on the riders for the Tour de Falmouth and the BBC Watershed Ride this Sunday! 🚴‍♂️

Our Hutker team at the Watershed Ride has a strong showing this year — Mark, Matt, John, Harly, Isabelle — along with our collaborators Steve Siegel (Siegel Structural) and Dave Johnson (Skaala Architecture).

We’re proud to be long-time supporters of these two incredible causes:

- Kirwin Murray Tour de Falmouth - benefitting the Falmouth Homeless Prevention Program, which has helped keep over 2,000 individuals and families safely housed since 1995.
