After nearly a year as an intern with our team, we’re excited to officially welcome Caroline full-time. She recently graduated from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology with a Bachelor of Architecture and a minor in Construction Management.

We’re excited to officially welcome Gil Merod to the APD Engineering & Architecture team full-time after spending more than a year with us as an intern while earning his Master’s Degree in Architecture at Rochester Institute of Technology!

With a passion for sustainable architecture and global design inspiration from his travels abroad, Gil brings a unique experience and perspective to our team. His focus on energy-efficient design, passive systems, and innovative sustainable technologies aligns closely with the future of architecture.

We're excited to continue watching Gil grow in this next chapter!

This past Thursday, the APD Engineering & Architecture team was back for another year at the JPMorganChase Corporate Challenge, where we joined hundreds of local companies across the Rochester community.

This year's race benefited Foodlink, an organization dedicated to ending hunger and building healthier communities!

We observe Memorial Day as a time to pause, remember, and honor those who have given the ultimate sacrifice.

Yesterday, members of the APD Engineering & Architecture team volunteered at the United Way of Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes Day of Caring at the Lewis Street YMCA of Greater Rochester neighborhood center.

They spent the day weeding, mulching, and planting flowers to help create a welcoming outdoor space for the community to enjoy.

We’re grateful for opportunities to support local organizations and give back to our community!

We're proud to see this ALDI project moving forward in downtown St. Paul!

As the architects on the project, it has been rewarding to help transform a challenging existing site into a future neighborhood destination that will expand access to affordable groceries in the community. These types of urban projects require creativity, coordination, and a shared commitment from the entire team.

Congratulations to ALDI USA and everyone involved in reaching this milestone. We're excited to watch this store come to life.
