Outstanding quality and building client relationships are our top priorities. BES was established in 1976 as Charles C. Baggs & Associates in Beaufort, SC. One year later, the firm added two partners to form Baggs, Carroll & Stark. In 1979, the firm’s name was changed to Beaufort Engineering Services, Inc. and was then incorporated. In 2000, William Walter Bolton became a partner of BES and then full owner in 2006. Today, Mr. Bolton serves as the President/CEO managing all day to day operations of the firm.
