1. ADEM Post Rainfall Event Inspections
2. Construction Inspection and Weekly Job Reports.
3. Reviewing and approving pay applications.
4. Coordinate obtaining project close out documents.
5. Review material submittals and shop drawings.
6. Assist with project estimates/take-offs.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED in the construction industry for Land Development. Pay based on experience/skill level.
