Neal Technical Innovations is seeking experienced maritime professionals to support USMC/DoD Landing Craft Test & Trials Operations. We are building a high-performing crew to support harbor trials, sea trials, beaching evolutions, ramp operations, propulsion testing, and vessel handover operations for government defense programs.
💥 NOW HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:
⚓ Test & Trials Master
⚓ 1st Mate / Trials Coordinator
⚓ Able Seaman – Beach & Ramp Operations
⚓ Able Seaman – Cargo & Damage Control
⚓ Engine Room Technician – Propulsion & Systems
⚓ Engine Room Technician – Hydraulics & Support
✅ REQUIREMENTS MAY INCLUDE:
• USCG License or MMC (position dependent)
• STCW & TWIC
• Valid U.S. Passport
• Experience on landing craft, OSVs, tugs, workboats, or military support vessels preferred
• Ability to pass government background screening & drug screening
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work in a high-tempo test & trials environment
🔧 EXPERIENCE PREFERRED IN:
• Sea Trials & Vessel Testing
• Ramp / RO-RO Operations
• Hydraulic Systems
• Propulsion & Auxiliary Systems
• Damage Control & Firefighting
• Cargo Handling & Vehicle Securement
• Government / Defense Vessel Operations
📅 Schedule Includes:
• Harbor & Sea Trials
• Overtime, Nights & Weekends as Needed
