Shout out to my boys Jeff Lucchesi, Joseph Arruda, and Dan Willis for coming by yesterday and helping me get a lot of these parts pre assembled. Had some mishaps because the fence fittings aren’t meant to be structural like this so I’ll be heading to Boston to finish the assembly on site.

Long day of sub assembly today. Should make the final assembly go pretty quickly

Changed from a welding shop to a paint shop today 😅 got 935 brackets and 520 bolts to paint for a pop up store for the Boston marathon. Once all the parts are painted I’ll be using them to assemble store fixtures made out of chain link fence materials.

Finally getting these last 2 desks finished up. These 2 are a little more tedious because the backs weld to the bases.

Modified some UTV parts for my number one customer Jeremy Walker the other day. He’s currently upgrading his wife’s racing machine. The header needed some bungs welded up and his headers always crack from the heat and stress so I did some preemptive reinforcement wraps out of high temp 321 titanium stabilized stainless. They also are changing the machine to a quick steer system and had to customize the steering shaft.

Late night in the shop tonight getting these mounting legs pre assembled before they can be welded into the desk frames. Recessed filler plates are a tedious pain in the butt 😅
