October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time to create awareness, honour the millions of lives affected by breast cancer and reaffirm our global commitment to equitable access to care and improved survival for all.

We were honored to be the ones chosen to fabricate bench seating for the top deck of Pink Christine 🩷 Now, when she is taking part in various parades and events, she will be able to accomodate more survivors and family members…and they will be colored pink before they’re officially installed!

On this day, 24 years ago, the tragic events that would bring together a splintering nation unfolded.

2,753 (the number of souls lost at the World Trade Center, including 343 firefighters, 23 NYPD officers, and 37 Port Authority Officers)

184 (the number of souls lost at the Pentagon)

40 (the number of souls lost on United Airlines Flight 93)

2-85 (the age range of the victims).

115 (the number of nations represented)

Thousands of first responders and survivors taken years later by illnesses associated with toxic exposure at the attack sites.

Countless families impacted.

An entire country forever changed.

And a sober reminder that it should not take a tragedy to unite the people of these United States.

September 11, 2001. A day colored by our collective outrage and overwhelming grief…but also bolstered by our resilience and rededication to recognizing the humanity we all share, no matter our physical, cultural, or political differences.
