With 15+ years of industry experience and 17 years teaching welding, Rusty will help strengthen our team’s skills through standardized training programs. His experience in both the shop and the classroom will help turn practical knowledge into consistent, hands-on instruction.

We built this 100% stainless steel trommel screen for a power generation customer—cutting and rolling 3/8″ plate, fitting flanges, hand-cutting openings, installing wire mesh, and adding flighting.

It follows the upgraded design we first built for them a few years ago!

A familiar name and face to many of our customers — and for good reason! 👏 Ryan Weinzapfel, Engineering Manager, has been part of our engineering team since 2015 — back when he was the engineering team.

We recently manufactured an 11'6" long, 400 lb. high torque ball spline shaft with a hardness of 60 Rc. The shaft is engineered to meet high-strength requirements and precise tolerances, suitable for heavy industrial applications.

Check out this rush breakdown job we recently completed! This shaft was damaged in our customer's gearbox and we had to fix it ASAP to get them back up and running. We cleaned up the damaged areas to prep the shaft for welding, welded the shaft, turned down the weld to the correct dimensions, and put in new keyways. All of this was completed within three days and they are now back up and running.
