We believe that all of your critical plant equipment should be monitored by using condition-based monitoring technologies to identify “problems” before a failure occurs. Using a combination of vibration collection and analysis, infrared thermography, ballbar and laser measurement, ultrasonic leak detection, oil analysis and motor circuit testing, we collect data from your equipment and measure per

formance and trend change over time. Our technicians have all been trained in predictive maintenance and certified with the Vibration Institute and SMRP – they are the best in the field. We analyze the data collected from your equipment and generate a report for each asset that can be viewed on-line from our website. The reports have detailed recommendations so you know what to repair prior to failure and unscheduled downtime. Our programs, built on trust and respect, are customized for each facility. We have designed a proprietary online reporting system that puts our customers in complete control. You decide what information you get and when you get it. You have everything you need to make the decisions to save you downtime and money. ATS was founded in 1997 by Debra Kiwala and Ryan Bui. The company now employs 19 professionals. ATS serves companies in a variety of industries, from aerospace and power plants to agriculture and food processing. ATS opened offices located in Kansas City, MO and Boston, MA to help better serve our customers in those regions.

We recently wrapped up a Winter Weather Shelter Drive benefiting Waypoint Services, Central Furniture Rescue and the Linn County Winter Weather Shelter Foundation.

Our team came together to collect and donate many of the most-needed items — pillows, blankets, toiletries, hats, mittens, and so much more!

A heartfelt thank-you to everyone at ATS who contributed to help keep our neighbors warm and cared for this winter. ❤️

We recently completed a fitness challenge among our employees. We do this every year. It's a fun way to build camaraderie around a common goal that improves our health.

Here’s what we achieved:

Average Pounds Lost per Person: 7.56
Average % of Body Weight Lost per Person: 3.34%
Average Steps per Person: 447,866

That’s over 2.2 million steps in total! Many of us even traded lunch breaks for team walks, turning quick meals into shared momentum—and bringing the same spirit of collaboration to our health that we bring to our work every day.
