If a Dutch Door & a Double Hung had a baby …
What appears to be a traditional double-hung window is actually a modified Dutch door incorporated into a stunning new, old Georgian Manor custom home built in the historic beach town of Cape May, NJ. This detail was inspired by the balcony access doors found at historic Congress Hall in Cape May, New Jersey. These unique door-and-window combinations were designed to preserve the building’s elegant facade while providing access to the iconic second-floor balconies overlooking the Atlantic.
We love this look and are also humbled for having our Classical Moulding Collection included in this project, including the KB112 5-1/2” casing.
