Today, we’re introducing Hermann Schulte auf’m Erley, Sales Manager Storage Systems at KASTO Inc.

With 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 30 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, Hermann brings deep expertise in automated storage and retrieval systems, from bar stock and long goods to sheet metal.

He supports customers across the USA and Canada with efficient, end-to-end storage solutions that improve floor space, material flow, throughput, and inventory accuracy.

With 8 years of experience in manufacturing and logistics, Stephen brings valuable industry expertise and a strong customer-first mindset to every project.

Today, we’re introducing Jay Smith, Regional Sales Manager – South Central at KASTO Inc.

With 25 years of experience in service centers, metal distribution, and sawing, Jay brings deep industry knowledge and a strong customer-first mindset to every project.

He supports customers with solutions for:
- band saws, circular saws, and sawing automation
- optimizing workflow through the right saw selection and layout

Jay works closely with customers across the Southern U.S. and the West Coast, helping them improve efficiency and reliability in their metal processing operations.

Outside of work:
When he’s not visiting KASTO customers, Jay enjoys spending time with his family and watching his kids play sports.
