Constance Machine was established in 1989. We started in a small, rented space with a handful of employees and even fewer machines. Over the years, we’ve moved four times. Each move was necessitated by the fact that we’d outgrown the site we were in. We’re now located in Everett, Washington – just a stone’s throw from Boeing’s main assembly facility. Today we employ more than 35 individuals, utili
ze 18 state-of-the-art CNC mills, lathes, and robotic welders with two new CNC machines soon to arrive. We manufacture and distribute products for a wide variety of industries as well as producing other in-house product lines. Our customers – which include nautical weather station systems, sports and fitness equipment, industrial tooling, aircraft component manufacturing, and marine parts – enjoy the fact that we can handle all aspects of the manufacturing process from start to finish. Often, we take customer sketches and develop CAD drawings in house that extend from prototype to final design. Our ability to design, program and innovate allows us to utilize our diverse manufacturing capability. At Constance Machine, we can machine, weld, finish, laser engrave, and provide our customers with custom packaging to meet their needs. Most recently, Constance Machine took over operations of Sierra Machine Tool Accessories and will continue to manufacture, design, distribute, and improve quality products that will all be produced in the USA.
