ESMW was glad to be represented in Washington this week as Andy met with Rep. Messmer and Sen. Young alongside other small-business owners. The conversations focused on how digital tools, sensible privacy rules, and AI policy affect small businesses and manufacturers here at home in Indiana.

I had the incredible opportunity to attend the 2025 Grow with Google Summit in D.C. last week and hear from Ruth Porat, President and CIO of Alphabet and Google. While she was in Washington, she graciously spoke to our group about Google's unwavering commitment to supporting small businesses. I was truly honored to spend a few minutes with her and even capture a photo together. None of our other partners dedicate as much time, energy, and resources to small businesses as Google does.
