In order to provide the same great service to all customers, we are asking for your help with the following procedures for Lumber and Building Material pick-ups:

All Material must be in original, unused, and re-sellable condition.
Please schedule all pickups with your inside or outside sales team member.
Please provide an approximate list of the materials to be returned, along with a photo(s).
Please place organized materials on blocks, covered and placed in an area where Evanston Lumber can pick material up with a forklift.
*Special order materials are NOT able to be returned!!

Thank you for your support in this process as it will help us maintain the quality materials and great service you expect from Evanston Lumber.
