Today we announce a significant leadership transition, as operational control of the company passed to a new generation. Longtime supply chain manager Julie Richardson was promoted to Vice President, leading all manufacturing, supply chain, and facilities operations in both Eureka and Mayfield locations. A Eureka native, Julie joined the company in 2014 as a buyer and has grown the parts and e-commerce segment of Invena’s business by 80% during her tenure. Entirely self-taught, Julie was a stay-at-home mother of three children prior to joining the company. “Julie has shown the intelligence and grit to position Invena for its next chapter of growth,” said founder Matt Wilson. “I’m excited to see what this new generation can do.” Wilson will remain as President and Chief Engineer and will lead the sales and engineering groups for the company.
