Back in July I had the misfortune of someone leaving a stolen trailer in front of my business after reporting to the police the next day wanting to make sure it had not been left by a costumer for repair. I was instructed to file a found property report with lane county and you can't do that on line. So I went down town and filed the report which has to be done during normal business hours that was 2 hours out of my day then you have to buy a newspaper add more time out of my day. Then every morning our employee had to take it out of the shop to get it out of the way so that he could set up our work projects and every night he would have to stop early clean up some space to make room for the trailer. I did this because I felt responsible to keep it safe and so that the people that stoled it to begin with could not come and take it again. So here we are now all most 30 Days after I reported it to the police and after doing everything the law instructs you to do, The owner see the add in the newspaper calls me and has the correct vin. # and makes arrangements to come pick up the trailer. He said he found the trailer missing on July 10 and reported it stolen that was 5 days after I reported it to the police. When he come to our shop I ask to reimbursed for the newspaper add and some of time we had with storage spent dealing with the paperwork. He offered $100.00. I tried to explain we had more time and money dealing with everything. He then went into a rant as to how it was not fare that he had to pay to get his trailer back and that his wife could not work because his son was sick. So I only I ask him for $200.00 just to cover my time and the newspaper add not anything to cover our lost time or the wages we have to pay our employees. Which the law says I can ask be reimbursed for giving notice, care and custody of money or goods. We like a lot of Family's have an Parent ( My Dad ) that is having memory and other medical issues our family is dealing with. That we have to pay for and I have my own bills I have to pay. So he thought I was mean and unfair. So he went home and posted a nasty remake on our businesses page and his little friends are calling me a crook. What a world we live in you return something stolen to the person that it was stolen from and your the crook.😡

I made these extra deep socket for adjusting the mast lift chains for a forklift. They fit 1-1/16 and 15/16 nuts
