Super excited about these great new renderings by local artist, Mike Hopper / https://hopperdesign.net/ of our River Song Cohousing project / https://riversongcohousing.org/!! Ground breaking is as soon as we get enough households spoken for (hopefully by this summer!). We have full land use approval, and 28 units (homes) are planned ranging from 2-4 bedrooms, with townhomes and flats between 955-1632 SF. We still have availability! Would you like to learn more?
