Although Steve Bonini's official work anniversary was 2/22/26, today is the day we take time out to truly celebrate the that Steve truly is! This day and age it is not too often when a company can celebrate a 25-year work anniversary and we are blessed to have the opportunity to celebrate all that Steve has accomplished here at Precision Machine & Manufacturing, Inc. over the past 25+ years! Steve started with PMM on 2/22/01 as a fabricator/welder and has held a number of positions throughout the past 25-years, eventually leading to the Director of Manufacturing Operations position, which is the top manufacturing/operations position and is among the top four executive leaders for the entire company. Steve has been a part of several ownership changes, but it was the change and his direct contributions over the past five years, that helped pave the way for PMM's unprecedented level of success between 2021-2026!

What Don Lindsey-PMM's CEO has repeatedly said about Steve's impact to the entire organization as a whole, pretty much sums it up; "If I had a dozen Steve Bonini's, we would take over the world!" Drop the mic....

After preparing and training for several months, PMM 2025 Hard-Charger of the Year- Andy Steece donned his red & white striped socks and headed out to run his first . (PMM) — a leading U.S. manufacturer of abrasion-resistant, highly durable bulk material handling equipment — has announced the appointment of Devan Hill as the Eastern Region Sales Manager for the Biomass Power Production, Wood, and Pulp & Paper Processing Industries.

Hill brings extensive experience in the wood and pulp and paper processing industries, along with a strong industrial manufacturing skillset developed from growing up in her family’s fabrication and machining business. Most recently, she served as North American Parts & Service Sales Manager for a manufacturer of dryers, feeders, and stackers in the wood products industry, where she led product support initiatives and strengthened customer relationships

Today is an extremely exciting day at Precision Machine & Manufacturing! We just took delivery of arguably our single largest piece of equipment! Weighing in at over 84,000 lbs., we have taken delivery of a 650 Ton Press Brake! When operational, PMM's press brake will be among the biggest press brakes in Lane County and the Willamette Valley. We look forward to sharing more information as our new becomes operational and we are able to offer this much needed service to Western Oregon!

We recently had our annual and one thing is for sure, we have some folks here at PMM that can flat cook up the GOOD STUFF!

There were 9-10 entries and every one of them were absolutely fantastic, making the selection for the final three, extremely difficult. Fortunately, our official chili cookoff judges were able to choose the top three Chili Cooks of the competition! ALWAYS tons of fun here at Precision Machine & Manufacturing, Inc.!
