Remember the days when you had to get sick twice a year just to qualify for the supplies you actually needed? It felt backwards, didn't it?

We’ve lived through those "no-fail" rules too. Having to prove recurring UTIs or book extra doctor visits just to get hydrophilic catheters was a burden nobody should have to carry. We’re so glad to say those days are finally over.
