I need a place to share my 3D printing work. Originally a mechanical engineer who learned in a formal setting, I started rapid prototyping to develop experimental equipment and engineering solutions for my employers.
Now on my own, I’m working in Northern New Mexico. I introduced 3D printing to a few K-12 educational groups by setting up 3D printers in their facilities. That led to getting my own printers at home and a continuous desire to make something cool. My printers run 24/7.
Last school year I made hundreds of awards 🥇 for the kids and staff. I completed several custom orders for local businesses in need of marketing gifts, and have printed put hundreds of “thangs” for my family and friends.
I have been on a volunteer mission implementing The Space Chile Grow a Pepper Plant Challenge in local schools and started working towards a PhD this summer (at UNM). I like to give something cool to the teachers and new friends I meet, and That’s the story behind these New Mexico Zia (Biscochito) cutters. You can get yours at my friends store called Chimayo Rocks in Española.
I have started a business and am looking for 3D printing jobs to help pay for school. If you have an idea for something you’ve always wanted to have, are looking for unique graduation party giveaway, need a new version of something that’s broken, or need something specific, reach out and lets talk about it. I am totally capable and will assess if/when I can do it, how long it might take, and how much it will cost. The assessment is free, and will be transparent about costs before moving forward.
Email me, or DM me [email protected] 😁🤘🏼
