This stunning railing system was installed for a client in . Vertical balusters and a gorgeous wood handcap with wood newel posts. Clean lines because we attached the vertical balusters directly into the treads with no bulky caps to hide breakout, because there wasn’t any!

We do more than railings! These metal bunk bed frames are a space-saving built-in for the guest room in a custom home in Winter Park. It’s possible we over-built this, but if their guests are anything like ours, these frames will withstand anything kids (or adults!) can dream up.

Apex is on Instagram! So excited to share this latest installation, a privacy wall 8’ tall by 5’ wide, filled with live edge wood and patina panels. The client had a vision of textures and colors; together we spent a year in design consultations as the wall slowly came to life. We enjoyed installing this in their new home in Fraser, CO.

This client had new floors and railings put in, as well as new baseboards and paint. The difference is stunning! Magnus Anderson Hardwood Floors did the floors and they turned out wonderfully. Always a pleasure to work on projects with Bob and Eric. If your home needs some updating, we often work in tandem with Magnus.

The railing, oh the railing! 3" newel posts, 1 1/2" intermediaries and 1/2" square rod as horizontal balustrades. After installation we applied a black patina, then oiled and waxed to seal the pores and prevent rust.

Creating this railing was a challenge and joy! Working in tandem with https://www.rlwoodworksanddesign.com/ and Jacobsen Brothers Painting we created a modern metal railing with a custom newel post that wrapped the edge of the wall on the second floor. RL Woodworks and Design added the handcap and custom trim to match the custom trim, doors and built-ins they created for the rest of the house. Jacobsen Brothers Painting came in to touch up the hand-painted mural on the walls and restored it to its original glory after the old railing was removed, the walls patched and new railing and baseboard installed. The update was a labor of love with a clear vision by the homeowner, and turned out beautifully. This gorgeous table combines a live edge pecan slab with a gorgeous trestle-inspired metal base and a sweet patina that has a rainbow hue, depending on the time of day. The table is 6'6" long and width is between 30" and 36" (narrowest in the center).
