Even some of the simple things in life are still neat to watch being made. We make these brass nuts for a local manufacturer that uses them in assemblies around the world. Run in small lots, the guys take care to clean and brush finish each and every one for a really nice looking piece.

Brickhouse Precision is a CNC machine shop located in the heart of the heart of Erie’s metal and manufacturing industry. The company precision machines various materials including metals and plastics. Assembly services are also part of the services offered to customers. With nine employees, the company is growing. The company is currently hiring a Shipping and Assembly Coordinator. The Job entails shipping & receiving; material handling and assembly; deliveries & pick-ups using company vehicle; warehouse maintenance & organization; light grounds & facility maintenance; assembly; interfacing with customers.

A strong work ethic, a penchant for customer satisfaction and the ability to contribute to the team environment will be given preference over any experience. The company will provide an extended training period for the right candidate.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Customer service skills

High school degree or equivalent

General math & measurement skills

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Occasional heavy lifting

Ability to assemble products with a consistent high level of quality.

Good work ethic

Being a team player

A mind toward safety and the safety of co-workers.



Experience desired (but not required):

Forklift experience / certification

Warehouse / shipping & receiving experience

Any sales environment experience



Work hours are Monday -Thursday 7:00 am to 4:15 pm, Friday 7:00 am to 12:00 pm. The company offers paid vacation, paid holidays, performance bonus, a work boot allowance, and health insurance.



Starting pay is $15.00 an hour.
