What a night celebrating 30 years of ELA and our “new” corporate headquarters at 4139 Oregon Pike, Ephrata, PA 17522—now that we’re finally settled in!

Thank you to our upstairs neighbors, the Northern Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce, for hosting the ribbon-cutting and helping us mark this milestone. And to Mike Martin from Oak Tree Development Group for helping us get ready.

A special shout-out to GEMs Catering LLC for the absolutely amazing food and to Bridgett Clary with J&L Mobile Pub for serving up local Pour Man's Brewing Company b**r, Jimmy Juice cocktails, and California w**e. And thank you to Marian Event Decor for the amazing decorations. You all helped make our open house a celebration to remember!

And, of course, thank you to our staff, their significant others, and all the clients and consultants who came out to celebrate with us. Your hard work, support, and friendships have helped make ELA what it is today. We couldn’t have gotten here without all of you.

Dependable, hardworking, and always willing to help, Chou brings a steady demeanor and positive attitude to every team and project. He gets things done without needing recognition, keeps people laughing, and consistently makes ELA a better place to work.

And somehow, he manages to do all of that while also running ELA’s legendary bodega. 😄
