🎉 Happy Birthday to the guy who started it all!
He may not always be the one you see in the shop, but he’s the guy behind the scenes keeping things moving, solving problems, making things happen, and making sure Tru Grit keeps rolling every day.
A lot of what happens around here wouldn’t happen without him. He had the vision to get this business started, and he’s still the one putting in the work—often where nobody sees it.
Help us wish the man behind Tru Grit a very Happy Birthday! We sure appreciate everything you do, Turley! 🎂

We stripped this trailer down and gave it a brand-new wood deck, ready to get back to work.
No job is too ordinary to take pride in doing it right.

Around here, we don't quit on good equipment.

This ol' hay squeeze rolled into the shop needing some attention, and now she's cleaned up, fixed up, and ready to go back to work.

Just honest repairs for hardworking folks. That's the Tru Grit way. 🌾🔧 🤠

Tru Grit Industrial Solutions was built from the ground up by husband-and-wife team Turley and Misty, whose hard work, dedication, and vision have helped grow the company into what it is today.

Misty is the powerhouse behind the scenes, keeping everything running smoothly while much of her work happens behind the scenes, her dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to customers play a huge role in Tru Grit's success. Whether she's answering questions, coordinating projects, or tackling the endless to-do list that comes with running a business, Misty is always working hard to keep things moving forward.

When Misty isn't in the office she enjoys spending time with her husband and four kids, camping, hunting or anything outdoors. She is the life of the party wherever she goes and has the most infectious laugh.

Tru Grit Industrial Solutions wouldn't be what it is today without her hard work and dedication. We're grateful for everything she does and proud to shine a spotlight on her this month!

Thank you, Misty, for all you do! 💪💖
