Employee spotlight!!

Teque lives in Enterprise and has truly enjoyed learning all he can through his work at Tru Grit. From a young age, he has been hands-on—running equipment and gaining a wide range of mechanical experience alongside his dad, Turley.
After high school, he plans to continue building his education and skill set by attending Dixie Tech.

Teque is a senior at Enterprise High School, he stays busy both in and out of the classroom. He enjoys being involved in school sports, playing basketball, running track, and even stepping out of his comfort zone by trying football for the first time this year.

When he’s not working at Tru Grit or competing in sports, you’ll most likely find Teque in the mountains. He has a deep love for the outdoors and enjoys camping, hunting, fishing—anything that keeps him outside. Teque is excited for what the future holds and is proud to be a part of the Tru Grit team.

We are beyond excited to welcome Jordan Hagenno to the team!

Jordan grew up in Cedar City and brings with him a wealth of hands-on experience. He began his career in the oil fields and went on to work in construction, mechanics, mining, welding, fabrication, and farming—skills that truly make him a jack-of-all-trades.

Enterprise has been home to Jordan and his wife, Megan, for the past six years, and they couldn’t imagine raising their five beautiful children anywhere else. When Jordan isn’t in the shop, you’ll find him in the hills hunting or helping someone spot. He has a deep love for the outdoors and looks forward to passing that passion on to his daughters and his son, Dutton.
Jordan is the backbone of his family—hardworking, dedicated, and known for his unwavering work ethic. We’re incredibly grateful to have him on board.
