Have berdans or small flash holes? No worries. The INEX will take care of them for you.

Or I suppose you could buy a specialized decapping machine(which will break more pins than this) with another case feeder(which happens to be the place where most stoppages happen).

Take a step back and analyze your process. Id be willing to bet we can find a process that can be eliminated.

Finally listed. I have a small amount of these left and the next batch will be available in about 1 month.

The Lithium Machining Crack Check Die features an incredibly unique design and has been through years of testing and updating on the INEX Case Processing Autodrive. Thanks to Mark Attansio over at Immortobot, you can now have it wired into your autodrive of choice. This product is intended to work i...

Its finally happening. . . . I promise.

It has been an insane few months but im finally doing it. Crack Check Die launching within the next few days.

Quick reminder
- these have been used on the INEX since its launch so these have been tested for tens of millions of rounds.
- the die will be purchased from me, but you will also need to purchase a board from immortobot that will allow you to tie it into your press. (On the INEX I use a industrial use adjustable pressure switch. But it is quite expensive)
- this die seals the flash hole allowing you to check casings that have already been deprimed
- not just a crack check. This will detect casings with internal steps or rings.

Post in the comments any questions you have.

Fun fact. Id rather cut down my own 300 blk than run headstamped blk.

I have to run the machine slower when cutting it down, however, the machine never stops.

Headstamped blk runs faster (could even run much faster than it is in the video) but ends up having more stoppages.

Most commercial sorting equipment focuses on sorting less common calibers off of 223/5.56. Because of that, 300blk gets sorted off with a lot of odd calibers and requires hand sorting. Obviously there are things you could do to make it better, but I dont run enough of it to justify it.

I promise im not ONLY starting new projects. Gonna be offering some of my more recent teases over the next couple of weeks.

But here are some 12" air cylinders with a 3.25" bore for the next episode of "wtf is he doing?"

A little shocked how heavy they are.

Alright. You guys talked me into it. Debris channel has been added to the bottom side to copy the fw. Gonna heat treat and test. I already have some testers lined up so please don't ask.

These are #3. Testing them on a 300blk loader and then 223 processors. IMO, they need to be tight enough to load 220gr on the blk at a higher speed, however loose enough on the exit radius to eject with ease. I know everybody has loved the fw arms shell plates for the ease of ejection. And I completely agree. However, it has created issues for me in other areas and I am of the opinion that we can have a clean ejection while tightening up that radius a little. I have been testing one for a while and it has worked great but ill make sure others have the same experience before launching the product. Sorry for the novel.

And so it begins. . .

Been testing a prototype for a while now unhardened. Been solid so I built these and will be sending out to heat treat this week and then i have some testers lined up.

Nothing complex. Just a simple #3 shellplate. Focusing on the simple stuff. Not so tight that it hinders feeding and extracting. But not so loose that the casing walks out of the insert in a fast index.
