🚨BIG NEWS!🚨 The Manitou Incline is about to get a major upgrade! 🎉 We’ve heard your feedback, and we’re making the Incline more accessible by adding an escalator alongside the legendary 2,768-step climb!

This innovative addition is designed to expand access to the Incline for those who may not be able to complete the rigorous climb, allowing more residents and visitors to enjoy the breathtaking views at the summit.✨ The escalator will feature designated rest stops, energy-efficient operation, and a scenic ride option for those who wish to experience the incline in a whole new way.

Construction is set to begin next week, with completion expected in early 2026. During installation, efforts will be made to minimize disruption for hikers who continue to use the Incline, however closures are anticipated. We appreciate your patience!

Trades offer a quicker path to working in a career with many jobs offering on the job training. Crunch the numbers...how many jobs that require a college degree are actually paying enough to make that degree worth it?

Workers who want to outsmart AI need to skip office work and look for so-called dirty jobs. Positions like electrician, plumber, welder and mechanic can pay six figures, too.

Sometimes our elevator customers need to make a change to an existing fixture. Adding an engraved plate with the proper verbiage saves time and money rather than replacing the whole fixture. One would think that Elevator 1 would come before Elevator 2 but this was a unique situation and an easy fix!
