Pat already holds his PLS in Colorado, and adding Maine to that list is a testament to his expertise and commitment to his craft. It feels like we have been saying this a lot lately and we could not be happier about it.

This team continues to impress and Pat is a big reason why. Well deserved!👏

Surveyors Week gave us a good excuse to slow down, get together, and have a little fun around the office.

This year we paired it with our annual chili cook‑off, which delivered as usual—congrats to the top three finishers Thatcher, Jana, and Jeff, with Thatcher taking first place (some wins are worth mentioning). We also added a quick surveying event, challenging people to guess a distance to the nearest hundredth. One of our engineers, Leo, nailed it and walked away with the win and major bragging rights.

These kinds of culture-building events are important to us! It’s a good reminder that the work we do is technical, but the people we do it with make it fun and meaningful.

What happens when engineers are given marshmallows, toothpicks, and a challenge?

During our team lunch, our engineers put their creativity and problem‑solving skills to work during a tower‑building challenge, proving that good engineering is all about structure, strategy, and collaboration.

We’re proud of the engineers who bring these same skills to every project. Thanks to our incredible engineers for bringing curiosity and innovation to everything you do.

P.S. Marketing’s tower did alright too (don’t ask to see a picture though).

Project Spotlight: Muegge Farms | Northern Colorado

Muegge Farms is a master planned community that represents the kind of work we care deeply about. Located along the I 70 corridor, this approximately 280 acre development includes more than 2,200 planned residential units and is being built in multiple phases.

Our team supported the project from the ground up, providing surveying and civil engineering services including grading, drainage, utility design, roadway improvements, and the development and construction documents needed to bring the community to life. Throughout the process, we worked closely within local and state standards to support long term growth.

Looking ahead to 2026, we are excited to continue building strong partnerships and expanding our work in Northern Colorado. If you are a municipality, developer, or community partner planning what is next in NoCo, we would love to connect and be part of the conversation.

Last Friday we took over Moe’s BBQ for the annual CORE holiday party. It wouldn’t be a holiday party done right if we didn’t throw some bowling in the mix!

Lots of food, lots of strikes, and lots of fun. Our favorite way to close out the year. Thanks to those who came out! Until next year.
