In Castle Rock’s semi-arid high desert climate, a patch of undeveloped land near the Terrain neighborhood has been converted into something the community can actually use.
The ColoradoScape Demonstration Garden is part horticultural education and part public open space, designed to show residents what water conscious living can actually look like in Colorado.
CORE handled the civil engineering and surveying work that brought the site together. Grading, drainage, utility coordination, irrigation infrastructure, and stormwater management.
The project went through significant design changes along the way and our team worked through each one to keep the vision intact.
The result is a public destination that works as well as it looks.
