Dear Valued Partners and Customers,
We are pleased to report to you that 2025 was a largely successful and transformative year for us at Caldwell Corporation. We experienced many major milestones throughout this year, including the following:
• Founder Joe Caldwell has moved on from his position as our President after 38 years of dedicated service. As of March of this year, his son, Tom Caldwell, has taken the new position as President, and his grandson, Joe Caldwell, has taken the new position as Vice President and General Manager. Both Tom and Joe are now primary shareholders of our business.
• We upgraded our ISO 9001:2015 quality certification to also include AS9100D. This new certification allows us to branch into new industries, such as government and aerospace.
• In the 4th quarter of this year, we razed over 100,000 square feet of outdated facility space with intent of expanding into new, updated facilities.
• With our remaining 85,000+ square feet of current manufacturing space, we have made many facility improvements and upgrades, and will continue to do so.
With all the progress made this year, we welcome 2026 and the new opportunities that come with it.
