After nearly 24 years of dedicated, faithful service to Westlake Metal Industries, which eventually become Alanod Westlake, I'm very much looking forward to sharing my history, thoughts, and the horrible, dishonest, and likely illegal treatment received by myself and other key employees from this company. A company which was ultimately entrusted to an unknown, who, in my opinion, was highly a unqualified unknown, who lacked both experience, and the qualities that one would normally seek fir a position of leadership. I'm sure the few minions still involved with that circus will rush to show what I share to earn "points", and I expect nothing less from these people, as these are the same individuals who should have been terminated as opposed to rewarded, but this is part of the new company culture, which values stroking the egos of the higher-ups over ability, integrity, and loyalty. So yeah, this is MY page, I created it before the company existed, long before the coup, and I will use it as I see fit. It was I who granted permission for the company to use MY platform to post their media, assuming I'd eventually retire from the place I devoted most of my adult life to, not realizing what was developing behind the scenes. Even after being threatened with legal action by a clueless law firm acting on misinformation, the same misinformation used to dupe corporate into thinking the termination of myself and other dedicated employees, and even after they tried to have me arrested by North Ridgeville PD (no joke) for not handing over MY social media account, I finally get to use MY page, to share my experience with this place, and why I feel this entity should be avoided, by worker and customer, at all costs. I finally get to share the truth. It's going to feel good. REALLY good...
