Today in the machine shop we worked on production work for a customer. It is a 3 step process to build these. First you must cut them in the wire machine to a basic shape then machine them in our cnc mill which drills all the holes and threads them. The last step is to put them them back in the wire machine and cut them into a more complex shape. (Shown in picture)
